Do I need to order every day on a subscription?
No. Once subscribed, your tiffin is automatically scheduled for every working day. No daily ordering needed.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before your next delivery to pause or cancel. Unused days are credited to your next plan.
Can I choose different meals on different days?
Yes. You can WhatsApp us your preference for the next day before 10 PM and we'll note it for you.
Is delivery included in the plan price?
Yes. All prices include free delivery to your doorstep in Lower Parel and Dadar.
How do I pay for a subscription?
WhatsApp us after choosing your plan. We'll send a payment link (UPI/Razorpay). Subscription starts the next working day after payment.
Do subscribers get any special benefits?
Yes. Subscribers get priority delivery, special discounts, and early access to new meal options.
